Malaysia also got one very very big not-so-natural major disaster... Petrol prices go up and cannot use credit cards to pay for it... Must use seatbelts even when you are seated at the back of the car...

And using seat belts even when you are seated at the back of the car is nothing new. I'm used to it already because Australia has always been enforcing this rule. And no, the driver does not pay the fine. The passenger is fined by the police if he/she is not wearing seat belts even if they are seated at the back seat.

Next time can sabotage passengers by removing the seatbelts behind...

then the passenger will tell the police the car got no seat belt..
so.. the blame still goes to.. the driver! kaka..

But you can always hide it in the seat..

i remember one time my friend was the 6th person in a 5 seater car.. they made him go into the boot. haha.. too bad it's not like Malaysia where you can squeeze up to 7 ppl in the car (including the driver).. But if Malaysia implements the seat belt rule, only 5 ppl can be in a car at one time. So that's just too bad..

You'll also get fined because the policeman can count the number of people in one car..

Its real.. i got the email too. Its from est.. Who want to see I can sent to you guys. The news is actually comes from TVB. Went the earthquake strike. Hong Kong tvb actor and actress went to help them. some of the actor actress saw what happen. And they told everyone bout how the ppl in China sacrifice. in a charity show.. Thousands of ppl drop their tears after listen to every story. The most touching is The mom and the baby. I heard that in the charity show.. i feel the pain. N went I saw the comic strips. I feel so pain. N all those ppl who sacrifice their self. N also the guy n the son.. All really sad..
